AT&T Government/Education West Team Honored with CENIC’s 2015 Innovations In Networking Award as Corporate Partner

LA MIRADA, Calif. & BERKELEY, Calif.--()--AT&T’s Government/Education West team, headed by Chris Congo, AT&T Executive Director, is being honored by the Corporation for Education Network Initiatives in California (CENIC) with the 2015 Innovations in Networking Award as Corporate Partner, the inaugural award for this category.

Thanks to the commitment of Congo’s team and their understanding of the importance of high-speed broadband for the research and education communities in California, AT&T Government/Education West and CENIC have been able to move forward on numerous initiatives in support of these communities, including network technology upgrades for the California Community College system and the AT&T Hosted VoIP Service in addition to their long history of support for all CENIC segments including K-12, libraries, and higher education.
