BALTIMORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bluestone Energy Services, LLC, a leader in energy conservation engineering and project development services for a variety of sectors including industrial and retail, announced today that it will be exhibiting with a full team of representatives at the National Facilities Management and Technology (NFMT) Conference and Expo. The 2015 NFMT will be held on March 10-12 at the Baltimore Convention Center, Baltimore, Maryland.
Experts from various divisions at Bluestone will be available to discuss details of recent energy efficiency projects that have qualified for significant tax and utility incentives. One case study that Bluestone will highlight is a comprehensive efficiency project for Baltimore’s City Crescent building. The project entailed multiple measures, including the installation of a high-efficiency lighting system, a new chiller plant, and an open-protocol energy management system (EMS). In addition to reducing energy use throughout the building by over 3.7 million kWh annually, the project qualified for a $1 million incentive from Baltimore Gas & Electric (the largest incentive rewarded by the utility), and was awarded $225,000 through the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) Commercial-Industrial Grant Program.
Bluestone will also discuss its role as a preferred Engineering Services Provider for Baltimore Gas and Electric, as well as its Comprehensive energy efficiency initiatives, including LED lighting, advanced controls, and HVAC solutions, designed to help companies achieve ideal energy savings and take advantage of relevant utility incentives.
“Bluestone Energy looks forward to participating in the conversation at the 2015 NFMT, offering our input on illuminating case studies and current industry trends,” said Sean Fuller, Vice President of Business Development & Marketing for Bluestone. “We are particularly excited to learn from other industry professionals and share our experience in energy conservation and today’s sustainable building technologies.”
Bluestone is sending a full team of representatives to the show, including Sean Fuller, Vice President of Business Development & Marketing; Ariel Dorflinger, Outreach and Administration Manager; Kevin Rodricks, Project Manager; Sandy Barrier, Business Development Manager, Mid-Atlantic Region; and Eric Tu, Manager, Mechanical Energy Engineering, Mid-Atlantic Region. Bluestone may be found at booth #2601.
NFMT was designed to offer the trending solutions and educational sessions for facility professionals responsible for the overall management and operations of non-residential buildings. The complimentary conference draws an audience of over 6000 attendees. Bluestone Energy will exhibit at this year’s show for the first time.
