Synapse RIS Version 6.3.3., was certified by ICSA Labs, an Office of the National Coordinator-Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB); and is compliant in accordance with applicable criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). Fujifilm received certification in December 2014.

The additional software relied upon to comply with one or more of the certification criteria include: Medline Plus and Newcrop.
