A detail oriented supply chain expert, Santagate spent the last several years as a domain consultant for Tata Consultancy Services in the Supply Chain Management Center of Excellence, where he helped to deliver innovative, transformational and sustainable supply chain solutions for clients across top vertical markets. As a supply chain domain expert, Santagate has advised top clients on critical supply chain processes and technologies and lead various project teams on key initiatives including: End-to-End Supply Chain Planning Assessment and Future State Design; Supply and Production Planning Process Assessment and Design; End-to-End S&OP Process Assessment and Design; and Demand Planning and Statistical Forecasting Process Improvement. His planned research will explore topics including Supply Chain Efficiencies to complement IDC Manufacturing Insights' current coverage of the supply chain industry.
