Entertainment’s “Fashion Police,” Kelly Osbourne as the 2015 “Queen of White Party.” White Party takes place April 24-27 in Palm Springs, CA.
Osbourne will be officially crowned at a special ceremony happening when she co-hosts the White Carpet arrivals. Joining her is White Party Ambassador and co-host Frankie Grande for the Saturday night main event at the Palm Springs Convention Center.
