NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hayes Management Consulting, a leading healthcare consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Gay Fright has joined the firm as Vice President of Strategic Services.
Gay brings extensive experience partnering with healthcare organizations where she developed unique solutions for clients based on a critical issues assessment. Using her Meaningful Use certification Gay has helped clients reduce cost and improve quality throughout the attestation process.

Before joining Hayes, Gay served as Executive Vice President, Business Development/Delivery at Coastal Healthcare Consulting where she oversaw expanded service lines, developed new practice areas and provided leadership on improvement initiatives. Prior to Coastal, Gay was Vice President, ITO Account Management with Dell Computing.
With twenty years of expert experience in cultivating new geographical markets for prominent companies in healthcare IT consulting Gay has led and developed programs that were instrumental in driving net new business and lasting customer loyalty. She is also certified in both Six Sigma Black Belt and Meaningful Use.
In her new role, Gay will help Hayes identify new and develop existing accounts, expand Hayes’ strategic services capabilities, and directly serve clients in strategic roles.
