The ideal temperature is based on a proprietary algorithm, but factoring in aspects like age, height, weight and ambient room temperature. The Health o meter® nuyu™ Sleep System features a torso sized mattress pad measuring 36” by 24”, which is placed on the mattress, underneath the fitted sheet. The hot or cold temperature, ranging from 69 to 105 degrees, is circulated throughout the pad and controlled by the whisper-quiet unit placed at the base of the bed.
