Headquartered in Sacramento, Calif., Premier IT Solutions is an IT services firm focused on software quality assurance, testing automation and performance monitoring.

Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, Premier IT Solutions, which has a well-established reputation for serving some of California’s largest government agencies, will become part of Entisys Solutions’ Northern California Division, based in Sacramento, Calif.
