Monash is a seasoned financial services professional with a depth of both local market knowledge and business management skills. Drawing on two decades of financial, lending and real estate advisory credentials, Monash brings particular competencies in relationship management, small business lending, risk analysis, and business coaching. Most recently, Monash worked as a Small Business Relationship Manager for TD Bank.

He actively participates in member organizations including the DC Board of Trade, DC Chamber of Commerce, and the DC Dental Society. Monash was awarded a Historic Preservation Award by the District of Columbia for the successful restoration of his home in the American University community.
