Briana Giganti Joins Sunshine State Bank as Vice President, Credit Administration

PLANT CITY, Fla.--()--Andrew Samuel, president, chief executive officer, and director of Sunshine Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: SBCP) and Sunshine State Bank, is pleased to announce the appointment of Briana Giganti as VP, Credit Administration.

“We are thrilled to have Briana join our organization,” said Walter Stamper, SVP of Credit Administration. “She brings many years of credit oversight and management experience, and possesses the ideal skills to enhance our team.”

Ms. Giganti has over eight years of banking industry experience in the Tampa Bay area. Most recently, she served as USAmeriBank’s Portfolio Manager and Team Lead where she managed a team of Portfolio Managers in the Professional and Executive Division, Commercial and Industrial Division, and Business Banking Division. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University.

An active member of the local community, Ms. Giganti serves as the programming chair for the Tampa Chapter of Risk Management Association, and is involved with the American Cancer Society, as well as the United Way.
