They bring to their jobs decades of experience, including with Big Four accounting firms, Fortune 30 companies, and federal law enforcement agencies.

“Brad, Eric, and Robert have significant experience in the practice areas they will serve, particularly in understanding the fraud and criminal mindset prevalent in business today, when fraud costs the average corporation 5% of its revenues. They have expert knowledge of, for example, large and complex merger and acquisition issues, and setting up complex accounting functions, as well as in the close protection of high-risk individuals,” stated Ariel Ramirez, Group CEO and Global Practice Leader of Forensic, Anti-Bribery/Corruption services. “I am delighted to be joined by these well-known and highly respected executives and thought leaders. They will ensure RKA Worldwide delivers effective business solutions to clients around the globe.”

Palmer will serve RKA Worldwide as CFO and global practice leader of CFO and Accounting Consulting Services. He has improved financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and budgeting operations, provided interim corporate leadership during operational restructuring, led teams investigating the root causes of poor corporate performance, and created corporate strategies and requests for proposals (RFPs) for large and small U.S. defense contractors. He has conducted cost-reduction activities and working capital cycle improvements, internal audits to assess internal control design adequacy and the effectiveness of banking operations, and compliance audits and other risk consulting services to Fortune 500 companies, private entities, U.S. federal agencies, and nonprofit entities in North America. He previously served as principal of PA Associates Consulting, Inc., and as director of advisory services at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). His prior experience includes such firms as Booz Allen Hamilton, Booz & Company, KPMG LLP (manager, senior manager, and director), Philips Electronics North America, and Emerson Electric. He has also participated in the creation of several high-technology startup firms.

Ukleja will serve RKA Worldwide as CSO and global practice leader of Executive Protection & Security Consulting services. He is a 21-year veteran of the U.S. Secret Service with extensive experience in law enforcement management, executive protection, physical and personal security, emergency management, and investigations. Besides his national security role, Eric has extensive experience managing protective security details in Central and South America, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. He served six years on the S.W.A.T. team responsible for protecting the President and the First Family at the White House, and the Vice President at his residence. In addition, Eric was responsible for developing emergency management plans for foreign embassies and chanceries located in the Washington DC area. For eight years prior, Eric was part of the elite Counter Sniper Team responsible for providing long-range protection for the President, the Vice President, and select foreign dignitaries. He was also responsible for creating comprehensive security plans and provided detailed briefings with tact and diplomacy while negotiating with national law enforcement and/or foreign military personnel to deliver appropriate security solutions for identified risks. His assignments were frequently to hostile environments with significant cultural and political differences.

Dixon will serve RKA Worldwide as managing director of global business development. He will also provide business intelligence in various sectors and support special projects. Robert's investigative experience and years as a master intelligence trainer allow him to support the CEO on forensic investigations, cyber, and risk-management investigations. He is a multi-disciplined leader who has provided over three decades of support to military services, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies around the world. He has extensive experience working in hostile environments and has worked on fraud investigations pertaining to static/moving surveillance and undercover operations. Robert’s investigations provided customers with multi-million dollar cost-savings per year in workman’s compensation, leave of absence, internal theft, fraud, waste, and abuse expenses/settlements. Firms and agencies Robert has supported include Caterpillar, Motorola, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Army, and McNeil Technologies.
