RESIGNATION OF AUDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KPMG Audit plc of St James’ Square, Manchester M2 6DS, the Auditors of the Issuer ceased to hold office from the date we received their statement which was 17 July 2014
The year end of the last audited accounts was 31 December 2013. We have received the auditor’s statement which stated that there were no circumstances connected with their resignation which should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors.
Ernst & Young LLP will be appointed as auditors going forward.
This notice is given by the Issuer.
