This year’s event, held this year at Swan at The Globe Theatre on London’s Southbank, was packed with executives and there were speeches and presentations from leading industry practitioners, including a Keynote Speech from John Muir, Claims Operations Practice Manager at Willis. Richard Day, Vice President - Global Markets, Crawford & Company, gave a perceptive update on the progress of the London Market Volume Claims Service (VCS).
