MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Healthland announces the addition of Todd Laddusaw as Chief Financial Officer. Laddusaw will manage financial operations for both of the company’s health information technology businesses - Healthland, which focuses on IT solutions in the rural and critical access hospital market, and American HealthTech, which provides integrated technology solutions for the Long Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) industry.
“Todd brings to Healthland direct experience in two critical areas -- the software-and-services business, as well as the healthcare business,” said Chris Bauleke, Healthland CEO.
“His 20 years in financial leadership roles will bring great value to both our Healthland and American HealthTech businesses because of his skill in translating financial data into business strategy,” he said.
Most recently, Laddusaw was CFO of MicroEdge LLC, a provider of software and services to the global giving community. Previously, he was a finance director in the United Health Group system, and has extensive finance experience with industry leaders Thomson Reuters, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and KPMG Peat Marwick.
Laddusaw earned an M.B.A. at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business and a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He and his family live in Inver Grove Heights, Minn.
