DURANT, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Choctaw Casinos and the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma donated $50,000 to the Susan G. Komen Tulsa Affiliate in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month after a month-long fundraiser.

A check for $50,000 was presented to the Susan G. Komen Tulsa Affiliate, represented by Executive Director Christy Southard and Board Member Hayley Rose, on Friday, Nov. 14 at Choctaw Casino Hotel in Pocola, one of nine Choctaw Casino locations across Southeastern Oklahoma.
The donation comes after a month-long promotion at all Choctaw Casinos for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Choctaw Casinos matched player donations throughout the month of October to help advance the search for a cure to breast cancer.
