HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Association Services, Inc. (ASI), an Associa company, brings in Pat Varley as the new vice president of client relations. The name may sound familiar because Mr. Varley actually owned ASI for 19 years before it was acquired by Associa in 2006.

Varley started his new role this week and is in charge of client support and business development. He owned Association Services, Inc. from 1987 to 2006 when he partnered with Associa. He did stay onboard until 2008 and since then has been involved in other ventures for the last six years.
