The Helpdesk features single sign-on technology and provides one central location for everything the user needs, including ticket submission and tracking, forums, and a vast knowledgebase. In addition to 24x7 email and phone support, the Helpdesk also enabled Right Networks to roll out its new Chat channel, which allows for the fastest engagement with a technical support representative. More than twenty percent of customers engaging Support are doing so via this new channel.
