NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hayes Management Consulting, a leading healthcare consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Jim Gibson has joined the firm as Vice President of Strategic Services.

Before joining Hayes, Jim served as Vice President/CIO and Healthcare Practice Lead at Jimenez Consulting Solutions (JCS). At JCS, Jim defined healthcare service offerings, managed healthcare accounts ranging in size from $600M to $11B, and assisted clients in defining and refining strategy, developing financial models for complex, multi-year initiatives, and planning, scoping and negotiating contracts for large-scale joint ventures. Prior to JCS, Jim was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young / Capgemini Ernst & Young serving in their healthcare practice.
Jim has more than 17 years of consulting experience across a variety of industries, spending the past 12 years focused solely on healthcare where he helps clients develop and execute plans to succeed in a rapidly evolving environment. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Arizona.
In his new role, Jim will help Hayes identify new and develop existing accounts, expand Hayes’ strategic services capabilities, and directly serve clients in strategic roles.
