Alderson Joins Dynamic Aviation’s Senior Management Team

BRIDGEWATER, Va.--()--Dynamic Aviation, a leading provider of innovative aviation solutions to government and commercial organizations worldwide, has appointed Ralph Alderson as the new Senior Vice President, Programs.

In this new role, Mr. Alderson will be directly responsible for driving the growth and development of Dynamic Aviation’s Program Management Department. His leadership will be instrumental in acquiring, executing, and growing high-level government and commercial contracts.

“Ralph is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience and expertise,” said president and CEO Michael Stoltzfus. “He will be integral in guiding Dynamic Aviation’s strategic initiatives in the coming years.”

Mr. Alderson has many years of military and civilian experience. He most recently served as the Vice President for Programs of L-3 Communications Unmanned Systems where he oversaw the cost, schedule, and performance execution of all programs within the division.

Mr. Alderson, a retired U.S. Navy Captain and Naval Aviator, commanded an S-3B Viking squadron at sea and a U.S. Air Force acquisition Group ashore. He last served as the Chief of Naval Operations Warfare Integration Branch Head. In this role he was responsible for coordinating the formulation of the consolidated U.S. Navy Research and Development and Procurement budget.

A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, and the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School, he has over 3,800 flight hours in over 26 different aircraft types. Additionally, he serves as the Executive Vice Chairman of the Board for the Association of Unmanned Vehicle Systems International, the nation’s leading trade association for robotics and unmanned systems.
