SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bedrock Technology Partners has hired Avinash Rao as its Vice President of Systems Engineering.

Avinash Rao will oversee all engineering efforts that directly impact Bedrock’s clients. He brings over 20 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, and solution development and deployment – many of those in a senior leadership role. Previously, Avinash spent 10 years at NetApp, where he managed the systems engineering team. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University, and a BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras, India.
Mr. Rao’s primary focus is to solve infrastructure problems specific to EDA, Semiconductor and software development clients. He has experience developing this practice by testing various engineering applications and developing best practices to improve engineering throughput. The team will be able to work with the full stack (compute, storage, applications) to help optimize overall infrastructure. Bedrock will also continue to work on solving business application and IT challenges.
