X-spine Announces Launch of Axograft™ Biologics Portfolio

MIAMISBURG, Ohio--()--X-spine Systems, Inc., a global medical device manufacturer of class-leading products for spinal surgery, announces the addition of a broad line of biologics to their product portfolio. The initial launch of biologics includes Axograft™ DBM Putty, Axograft™ Cancellous Crushed Allograft, Axograft™ Crunch Allograft and Axograft™ Amniotic Membrane.

The Axograft biological line will complement X-spine’s comprehensive line of spinal fixation products. The Axograft products will be used to promote spinal fusion, bone healing and wound treatment in spinal arthrodesis procedures.

Over the past 10 months, X-spine has launched the Silex™ Sacroiliac Joint Fusion System, Axle-X™ Interspinous Fusion System, Irix-C™ Cervical Integrated Fusion System, Xpress Minimally Invasive Pedicle Screw System and the Zyfix™ Facet Fusion System. X-spine is also looking forward to the upcoming launch of the recently USFDA-cleared Irix-A Lumbar Integrated Fusion System in late Q4 2014.

Axograft joins X-spine’s growing portfolio of spinal implant products, which includes the Spider Cervical™ Plating System, Silex™ Sacroiliac Fusion system, Irix-C™ Cervical Integrated Fusion System, Xpress Minimally Invasive Pedicle Screw System, Zyfix™ Facet Fusion System, Axle™ and Axle-X™ Interspinous Fusion Systems, X90™ Pedicle Screw System, Fortex™ Pedicle Screw System, Calix PC™ Titanium-Coated Intervertebral Fusion System, Fixcet™ Spinal Facet Screw System, Certex™ Spinal Fixation System, Calix™ PEEK-OPTIMA® Cervical and Lumbar Interbody Fusion Systems and the Butrex™ Anterior Plating System.

X-spine will be exhibiting the new Axograft line of biologics, along with its complete line of spinal devices at the Congress of Neurological Surgeons Annual Meeting in Boston, MA from October 20th through 22nd.
