The conference covered varying topics discussed on the popular WTFL 850 AM radio show “The Condo Craze and HOA's Educational Show,” a program which prominently features industry experts from ASF and other local companies.
On Saturday, September 20, Marc Rodriguez, ASF director of management services and Joanne Willoughby, president & CEO, taught a class on identifying and controlling fraud in community associations. The state certified course, Watch Your Wallet - Protecting Funds & Preventing Fraud, was taught to more than 40 board members and community association managers. Willoughby also sat on the panel of experts during a two hour long board certification course taught to more than 200 directors.
