TORONTO--()--With the recent U.S. expansion of Canadian-based modern furniture retailer EQ3, the brand has revamped its e-commerce platform with the launch of U.S. shipping and new enhanced features to better serve its loyal customers across North America.

“We strive to offer the best possible service to our customers and our expanded site will certainly deliver a quality experience for our new online U.S. shoppers,” said Peter Tielmann, President, EQ3. “Not only will customers across North America have access to our complete range of EQ3 products, but we will be curating content that directly speaks to design aficionados through our blog Inhabit.”

The new online platform offers shipping to the 48 contiguous United States, in addition to all Canadian Provinces already available on EQ3.com. The website continues to offer both English and French language pages. Pricing remains the same for U.S. shoppers as Canadian customers.

EQ3 currently has two locations in the U.S. in California, including the newly renovated 12, 000 sq. ft. flagship showroom that opened this past May in San Francisco’s emerging Design District. The expansion of EQ3’s e-commerce will help meet the demands of a growing international customer base and bring its signature custom-made upholstered designs and home furnishings to their doorsteps.

In addition to expanding into the U.S., the new site provides online shoppers the same experience they would have in-store, including access to entire lines of custom upholstery products with over 150 fabric and leather choices as well as access to EQ3’s in-stock upholstery program. Previously, e-commerce only offered a limited amount of custom selections.

Navigating the website has been made easier with a new advanced search feature allowing the customer to search products by filtering via price, color, size, etc. Other enhancements include: expanded product pages with larger images, zooming ability and additional product information such as product care, assembly instructions, delivery details and educational content allowing customers to learn more about EQ3 products. A new category, gift ideas, has also been added, where shoppers can browse EQ3 recommended gifts by price or recipient as well as the option to purchase gift cards online.

EQ3 continues to offer innovative content through its blog, Inhabit. The blog showcases EQ3’s love of design, art and culture. Be inspired by designer interviews, learn about different crafts, and discover new books to read and films to watch. Other features include music playlists, free printables, and special contest announcements, as well as EQ3 behind the scenes footage, product intros and more.
