As part of the partnership, Med-Care will donate $100,000 to support Best Buddies, a nonprofit dedicated to creating opportunities for friendship, employment and leadership training for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Additionally, Med-Care will work to raise additional funds through vendors and partners and participate in the Best Buddies International Jobs program in Palm Beach.

Best Buddies International Jobs program matches skilled and qualified individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with businesses searching for enthusiastic and dedicated employees. The program develops partnerships with employers, assists with the hiring process, and provides ongoing support to the employee and employer.
