Due to an exchange of convertible notes in ReadSoft AB (STO:RSOFB), the number of Series B shares has increased by 21,000 shares and the number of votes has increased by 21,000. Following the increase, the total number of shares in ReadSoft is 33,248,440 of which 1,194,480 are Series A shares and 32,053,960 are Series B shares. The total number of votes in ReadSoft is 43,998,760. The share capital amounts to SEK 3,324,844 after the increase.
