Fibra Inn Announces Appointment of Market Maker

MONTERREY, Mexico--()--Deutsche Bank México, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, División Fiduciaria F/1616 o Fibra Inn (BMV:FINN13) (“Fibra Inn” or “the Company”), a Mexican real estate investment trust specializing in the hotel industry serving the business traveler, today announced that it has appointed Casa de Bolsa Santander S.A de C.V., Grupo Financiero Santander México as market maker for the Company’s outstanding Real Estate Trust Certificates (Certificados Bursátiles Fiduciarios Inmobiliarios or “CBFIs”).

Fibra Inn reaffirms its commitment to promoting the liquidity of its securities, by supporting the operation of its certificates.

The contract has a duration of six months and will become effective on August 19, 2014.
