SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Point B, a management consulting and venture investment firm, announced that Kevin Mackey has been appointed Practice Director, Business Technology Services. Mackey, an eight-year veteran of Point B, has served in several leadership positions for the Firm, was recently named a “40 under 40” by the Puget Sound Business Journal, and has been a key contributor to the growth of the Seattle Practice. In his new role, Mackey will act as the primary executive for Point B’s Business Technology Services Practice, and will be accountable for quality client service delivery, internal team development and the continued growth of this dynamic service offering.
Mackey has been central in developing key services for Point B, including the establishment and leadership of Point B’s business intelligence and analytics offerings which helps clients develop actionable insights based on a deep understanding of business data. His history of delivering strategic programs for clients will serve as a foundation for innovation and growth of the Business Technology Services Practice.
Point B’s Business Technology Services Practice maximizes opportunities for our clients by helping them set technology strategies and realize the full potential of their IT investments. The Practice focuses on technology strategy, IT infrastructure, business intelligence and analytics, enterprise applications and IT management and governance.
Prior to Point B, Mackey spent eight years in several technology program leadership positions for Microsoft. He serves as a Board of Trustees Member for Olive Crest, an organization dedicated to meeting the needs of abused, neglected, and at-risk children and their families. Mackey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pacific Lutheran University.
