Based on Wisconsin Energy’s closing stock price on June 20, 2014, Integrys shareholders would have received consideration valued at approximately $71.47 per share.
The investigation concerns whether Integrys’s board of directors failed to adequately shop the Company and obtain the best possible value for Integrys’s shareholders before entering into an agreement with Wisconsin Energy.
