PCM Announces Promotions, Enhancements to Leadership Team

Moves Position Company for Continued Growth throughout Southern California and Southern Nevada

LAKE FOREST, Calif.--()--Professional Community Management, Inc. (PCM), an Associa company, is proud to announce the promotions of several deserving team members who will serve key roles on the company's Executive Leadership team.

Leading the team at PCM is Associa Regional Senior Vice President and interim Chief Executive Officer Mike Packard. Packard has more than 35 years experience in the community association management industry as a senior executive. He was one of the first 20 recipients of the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI), is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate management (IREM), possesses a California Brokers license and a Certified California Association Manager (CCAM®). Mike is a fourth generation California native and currently resides in Southern California.

Promoted to president of PCM is its Chief Operating Officer Karen Inman. Inman, a 23-year corporate veteran, including 13 as an association management executive, will lead PCM in all aspects of operations, including executive team management, strategic planning and leadership development. Prior to joining PCM, Inman served in leadership roles for a number of companies, developing projects and scopes of work that elevated organizational capabilities.

Other key executives on the leadership team include Vice President of Business Development, Wendy Bucknum, who has been with PCM for 21 years, most recently as a governmental and public affairs manager, Orange County Vice President of Community Management Marybeth O. Green, who brings with her over 20 years of community management experience, Inland Empire Regional Vice President Alisa Toalson, who has been on the PCM Team for eleven years and instrumental in development and growth for her regional office, will take on an expanded role with Community Development, and Susan DeGrassi, who has more than 25 years of industry experience and is a former executive vice president for a California based management company will take a lead role in the Community Development arena.
