As part of the transaction, founder, Lorna Vanderhaeghe, has become a key shareholder of Jamieson and a member of its Board of Directors.
Based in Vancouver, Ms. Vanderhaeghe has been helping Canadian women achieve optimal health and wellness naturally for more than 30 years as an author, public speaker, and most recently, as founder and President of Lorna Vanderhaeghe Health Solutions (”LVHS”).
