Trinseo Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

BERWYN, Pa.--()--Trinseo S.A. (NYSE: TSE) (the “Company”), the global materials company and manufacturer of plastics, latex and rubber, today announced the initial public offering of 10,000,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of $19 per share. The Company's shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 12, 2014 under the trading symbol “TSE.” The underwriters have a 30 day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares from the Company at the initial public offering price less the underwriting discount.
