BAYONNE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Imperial Bag & Paper Co., LLC (“Imperial”), the largest single-location food service and janitorial supplies distributor in the United States, announced the acquisition of Goldman Paper Co Inc. While Imperial and Goldman will continue to operate under their respective names and managerial staff, the combined businesses are expected to generate in excess of $375 million in annual revenue and operate from more than a half million square feet of distribution space.
