To automate and accelerate incident response, OpenDNS can automatically generate trouble tickets in Autotask that contain detailed information such as which machine needs attention. MSPs can specify ticket queues, status, starting priority as well as ticket and issue type. In addition, OpenDNS can deliver comprehensive metrics to the Autotask dashboard including:

● OpenDNS licenses utilized by each customer

● Usage data including number of protected networks and endpoints per customer

● Daily and monthly reports including the malware infections prevented and botnet infections contained
