LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sirona (NASDAQ:SIRO), the dental technology leader, today announced the expansion of its distribution with Henry Schein, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSIC) in France effective immediately. Henry Schein will acquire the assets of Sirona’s direct distribution business in Paris and Normandy, and coupled with the acquisition of other businesses in France with exclusive regional distribution agreements for products made by Sirona, will now exclusively distribute the entire Sirona product portfolio to the vast majority of France. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
