CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Livingston International, North America’s leading company focused on customs brokerage and trade compliance, appointed Craig E. Conway as chief technology officer. In his new role, Conway is responsible for product delivery, platform integration, infrastructure and quality. Conway will work out of Livingston’s U.S. headquarters in Chicago.

Conway joins Livingston from Transaction Network Services, Inc. in Reston, Virginia, where he served as executive vice president and global chief technology officer since 2009.
With more than 25 years of experience, Conway has spent his career successfully leading efforts to drive product development, enterprise architecture and standardization, as well as process and customer service innovation. Conway will use his leadership experience in governance, merger integration, service quality and operational efficiencies to support innovation at Livingston.

Conway received his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and legal studies and a Master of Business Administration in technology management from Temple University, Fox School of Business. Conway also serves on the Fox Institute for Business and Information Technology advisory board at Temple University. In addition, he is a member of the Technical Advisory Committee of Ben Franklin Technology partners, which funds early stage companies.
