CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Agios Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AGIO) today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 2,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $44.00 per share, before underwriting discounts. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Agios. In addition, Agios has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 300,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.
The offering is expected to close on or about April 29, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
