Next 15 announces that on 16 April 2014 the following awards of performance shares were made under the Company’s Long-Term Incentive Plan:

The award will vest in May 2018 if certain performance conditions are met. The criteria are based on an adjusted earnings-per-share measure over a period of four consecutive financial years, commencing with the current financial year.
No consideration is payable on the grant or vesting of an award.
