RSA Insurance Group plc – Management Change
RSA announces the agreed resignation of Adrian Brown, Executive Director and CEO of its UK & Western Europe business. Adrian has resigned from the Board but will continue his executive role until after a successor is appointed[1], a search for whom has commenced.
Adrian, once released from RSA, will take up a new role as Executive Chairman, Underwriting & Distribution at A J.Gallagher, a valued business partner of RSA.

“Adrian has served RSA with distinction for 25 years, including since 2008 as CEO of our UK business. He has many friends here and in the industry and we are grateful for all he has done for RSA.

[1] Adrian’s final departure date will be agreed at this point and is anticipated to be in the second half of the year. Jon Hancock, Head of UK Commercial Lines and Mark Christer, Head of UK Personal Lines will continue to have full responsibility for any broker related business and strategies.
