db x-trackers Harvest CSI300 INDEX UCITS ETF (DR)
(the “Sub-Fund”)

The board of directors of the Company hereby informs the shareholders of the Sub-Fund (the “Shareholders”) that it has resolved to amend the Investment Policy of the Sub-Fund by removing the flexibility currently provided in the Prospectus for the Sub-Fund to invest in financial derivative instruments in circumstances where there are restrictions on the amount of RQFII investment quota available to the Investment Manager and/or the Sub-Fund.
Shareholders’ attention is drawn to the fact that since the launch of the Sub-Fund on 8 January 2014, the Investment Manager of the Sub-Fund has never used this flexibility to invest in financial derivative instruments. Hence, this change will have no impact on the portfolio composition of the Sub-Fund.
The Investment Objective, the risk profile and other main features of the Sub-Fund will not be altered by this change.
Copies of the Company's revised prospectus and the key investor information document of the Sub-Fund reflecting the change of the Investment Policy of the Sub-Fund will be available on the website of the Company (http://www.etf.db.com), and a copy thereof may be obtained on request free of charge at the registered office of the Company or at the offices of foreign representatives, once available.
Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the prospectus of the Company, unless the context otherwise requires.
