In her new role, Kay will be responsible for growing a world-class organization and developing new strategic relationships for the company. Kay brings 15 years of seasoned operational experience to her new role. Her background is in experience management: she has organized over 1,700 leadership programs, conferences, and events across 29 countries. Caroline moved from London, England in 2011 to join the BECAUZ team at their headquarters in Seattle where she has served as Client Experience Director, helping to lead the firm through a period of rapid growth.
