NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cureatr Inc., the nation’s fastest growing mobile care coordination solutions company, today announced the appointment of Carl Byers to its Board of Directors effective immediately.
Carl was on the founding team at athenahealth, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to 2010. He led the company’s 2007 Initial Public Offering, which was named “the year's most successful” by The Wall Street Journal. He currently holds the position of Venture Partner at Fidelity Biosciences, a venture capital fund.
