Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Appoints Ryan Krueger to Lead Life Insurance Sector Research

NEW YORK--()--Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., a full-service, boutique investment bank and broker-dealer that specializes in the financial services sector, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE:SF), today announced that Ryan Krueger will rejoin the firm as a Managing Director of Equity Research, leading coverage of the U.S. life insurance sector. Mr. Krueger will be based in Hartford, CT and his appointment is effective April 14, 2014.

Mr. Krueger comes to Keefe, Bruyette & Woods with more than eight years of equity research experience, most recently at Dowling & Partners Securities where he was a Partner and Sector Head responsible for covering the U.S. life insurance industry. Mr. Krueger started his career at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods in 2006, eventually becoming Vice President and lead analyst of small-cap life insurance companies. He is a CFA charter holder and graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Finance.
