FORT SMITH, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--K-MAC Holdings Corp., headquartered in Fort Smith, AR, announced today that it has acquired 21 Taco Bell restaurants from Ricksim, Inc., a franchisee that operates Taco Bell restaurants in the Oklahoma City market.
K-MAC is one of the largest Taco Bell franchisees in the U.S. and also operates KFC and Golden Corral restaurants. It currently operates 281 restaurants across the three different brands.
K-MAC is led by President and CEO Sam Fiori and COO Tina Reagan. Commenting on the acquisition, CEO Fiori said, “We share similar values as Rick Sikora’s organization, including providing a high level of service to customers through a great team.” Reagan, COO, also commented, “This acquisition brings K-MAC’s restaurant count to 56 across the state of Oklahoma, and it will allow us to pursue additional new unit development opportunities in the market.”
