CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Iverify, the leading provider of real-time remote security monitoring services, announced today that Sean Forrest has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Forrest, a security industry veteran with over 20 years of operations and financial leadership experience, will also remain on the firm’s Board of Directors. He succeeds Mark Spagnolo who will assume the role of Executive Chairman.
In Forrest’s prior industry positions, he served as Chief Financial Officer of HSM Electronic Protection Services and Golden Gate Capital’s security companies, two of the largest privately held security companies in the United States. Forrest also successfully founded two of the largest specialty lenders to the security industry, first at LaSalle Bank (now Bank of America) and later at The Private Bank.
