GENBAND and CTDI Settle Legal Dispute

FRISCO, Texas--()--GENBAND, a leading developer of multimedia and cloud communications solutions, today announced that it has reached a settlement agreement with Communications Test Design Inc. (CTDI) regarding its lawsuit in the United States Eastern District Court of Texas. Although the terms of the settlement are confidential, GENBAND has successfully defended its intellectual property rights related to support for repair and upgrades of its products.
