This extension is valid as long as all products were installed according to the Latitudes Decking and Railing installation instructions.
This new installation warranty is an addition to the existing 25-year structural and 25-year stain and fade warranties. These now make the Latitudes Decking and Railing warranty package one of the strongest warranty programs in the industry.
