ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KORE, the world’s largest wireless network services provider specializing in machine-to-machine (M2M) communications, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Jazz Wireless Data, an established provider of M2M networking services in North America. The Jazz Wireless headquarters facility in Raleigh, NC will be retained, joining a list of multiple KORE offices and operations centers located across the globe. All aspects of the Jazz Wireless Data integration are expected to be completed in five months.
