Social decorum seminars will be led by PTI’s Fitzgerald Heslop, a seasoned service professional who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to these programs. Mr. Heslop graduated Cum Laude at Fisk University with a BA in Political Science and Public Administration. Additionally, he holds a certificate from Vanderbilt University, Owen School of Management and is certified by the Protocol School of Washington™ (PSOW) in corporate etiquette, business dining and international protocol. In January 2011 he receive his certification with PSOW as an International Protocol Manager in Dubai, UAE. In addition, Mr. Heslop has gained experience working as a Personal Assistant to several Chairmen, CEO’s, and as Head Concierge at a Connecticut luxury hotel.
Mr. Heslop recently served as Front Range Training’s Generals Aide Program Lead Instructor providing training and certification in the field of Professional Household Management (PHM), to the United States Department of Defense Enlisted Aides working for 3 and 4 Star Generals. Mr. Heslop currently serves as PTI’s Program Director for the Social Decorum Academy and PHM programs.
