WESTBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ZRG Partners Inc., a fast growing global leader in executive search and talent management has announced they have acquired New Directions Search, a 30 year, retained search firm, headquartered in Wheaton, Illinois.
New Directions Search has built a solid presence providing senior level executive search to the manufacturing and industrial segments. Led by CEO Dale Frank and President Nate Frank, the firm has completed hundreds of searches for Board of Directors, CEOs, Presidents and middle management for a wide variety of clients across the sectors they serve.
The acquisition will expand the service offerings of New Directions Search through leveraging ZRG Partners global footprint in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. The merger will also complement ZRG’s current client footprint in Aerospace and Chemicals, as well as with the Private Equity group, that provides executive search to PE backed Manufacturing clients.
Joining the ZRG team through the acquisition will be Nate Frank, President of New Directions Search, who will be the new head of the Global Manufacturing and Industrial Practice for ZRG Partners. Dale Frank will remain in a long term consulting role to ensure the integration is seamless to clients and employees, and will continue to manage senior level searches. While the entire New Directions Search support staff will remain, ZRG is pleased to announce that three Vice Presidents will also join. They include Robert Wolgemuth, Richard Santarelli, and Tim Sezonov, who all bring long history in the manufacturing sector. Additionally, joining ZRG as a senior consultant will be Jesse Viars, and Kyrsten Prosser as the head of manufacturing and industrial research.
