AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Austin-based real estate investment firm, World Class Capital Group, LLC (http://www.wccapitalgroup.com/), announced today that it has acquired a six property self-storage portfolio of properties in the Houston MSA. The portfolio includes over 1,600 self-storage units accounting for roughly 270,000 square feet.
The purchase of the six facilities represents the fourth portfolio acquisition for World Class Capital Group in the last 18 months. Through these portfolios as well as two single-asset acquisitions during this same time period, WCCG has added 27 facilities comprised of over 15,000 units and 1.8 million square feet to their growing national platform.
